FOOD & WINE magazine invites you to join us for the 31st Anniversary FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen to be held June 14 - 16, 2013. Experience the magazine in three dimensions during this pleasure-packed weekend of cooking demonstrations, food samplings and wine tastings - all in the spectacular setting of Aspen, Colorado.

Grow for Good Pass
FOOD & WINE will continue its efforts to raise funds and awareness for Grow for Good, our national initiative dedicated to supporting local farms and encouraging sustainable agriculture, benefiting Wholesome Wave Foundation.
In this spirit, FOOD & WINE is again offering a limited number of Green Passes, at $3,500 per pass. Along with all consumer pass benefits, each Green Pass will include the following:
- FOOD & WINE will directly donate $1,000 to the Grow for Good Campaign out of each pass price
- Invitation to the Classic Welcome Reception, Thursday, June 13th
- Ticket to the FOOD & WINE Dessert Party, Friday, June 14

FOOD & WINE’s Best New Chef platform celebrates the visionary geniuses shaping the epicurean world and salutes the most driven, creative cooks in the country. Included within this elite group have been some of the most respected names in the industry.
In 2013, this prestigious platform celebrates its 25th anniversary, and FOOD & WINE is pulling out all the stops to celebrate! FOOD & WINE will honor the program with a special Best New Chef evening event which will showcase the talents of alumni Best New Chefs including John Besh, David Chang, Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud and more, alongside creative cocktails and excellent wines.

The 2nd annual Last Bite Dessert Party at the Classic will be a show-stopping, celebration of sweet decadence, featuring a spread of desserts by famed pastry chefs, including Johnny Iuzzini, from cakes to pastries, meringues, parfaits, petit-fours, tarts and galettes. Set in the historic Hotel Jerome, the event will be hosted by culinary celebrity and dessert expert, FOOD & WINE’s Gail Simmons, judge on Top Chef. Guests will celebrate into the morning enjoying sweet treats, innovative cocktails, and late-night snacks.
FOOD & WINE Celebrity Chef 5K Charity Race
Lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement with your favorite chefs for this 3.1 mile run through Aspen! Run with celebrity chefs and wine experts through the city streets and parks of Aspen, while raising money for Wholesome Wave at the Celebrity Chef 5K Charity Run.
Wholesome Wave is a national 501(c)3 organization dedicated to supporting small and midsize farms, and making fresh, healthy, locally grown fruits and vegetables available to all people, regardless of income. Wholesome Wave partners with farm-to-retail venues, community leaders, healthcare providers, like-minded nonprofits and government entities to implement programs that benefit both consumers in underserved communities and the farmers who provide for them.
