Every year, an epic 10-city culinary tour starts in New York City and culminates with Grand Cochon, the season finale where 10 chefs compete in  a head-to-tail, bumper-to-bumper, winner-takes-all culinary showdown - crowning the winner King or Queen of Porc! In addition to reaching monarch status, the winner of the finale receives a 4-day wine experience to Rioja, Spain’s most prominent wine region and new in 2015, the winner's kitchen will be resurfaced with Wilsonart® Quartz decorative surfacing, a remarkable, beautiful engineered stone material from America's countertop leader plus $6,000 worth of Shun Knives and Williams-Sonoma cookware. Going on its seventh year, the Cochon US Tour is regarded as the nation’s most flavorful culinary event, from entry to exit, each bite is specially designed to win over the public audience and a panel of 20 expert judges.

The tour is aligned with the modern-day good food movement — notable chefs, barrier-breaking women, artist-like butchers, spirited bartenders, top winemakers, brewers, distillers and brazen pastry talent working together to prepare an epic feast celebrating responsible family farming. This event includes more than 1200 pounds of heritage breed pork showcased by the best 30 dishes that won them their regional competition and passage to Snowmass for this grand finale.

Both ticket levels include endless food and drink option, plus the infamous butcher demo. Specifically, general admission offers over 30 pig dishes prepared from nose to tail, premium wines, brews and spirits. VIP grants one hour early access to food, and a short window into Oysters and Pearls at the Petit Format Bar featuring Black River Caviar and Rappahannock Oysters plus reserve cocktails, and an opportunity to mingle with notable chefs, judges and media. All are invited to the Chef’s After Party.
