Event Description

SUMMIT FOR LIFE In this exciting event, contestants race from the base all the way to the top of Aspen Mountain. They will climb 3,267 vertical feet – over 2.5 miles uphill and at night! Racers can choose their own lighting and non-motorized equipment like snowshoes, skins or other creative gear. Go at your own pace! Racers of all physical abilities and ages are welcome to participate!

TWO DIFFERENT START TIMES
5:00 PM Recreational Start: For climbers that anticipate taking longer than two hours to reach the top or for first-timers or hikers that want to take their time. 6:00 PM Competitive Start: For climbers that anticipate finishing in under two hours.

Ride for Life
Skip the uphill hike altogether! Ride the Silver Queen Gondola straight to the summit to enjoy dinner, dancing and cheering on the athletes as they come through the finish line.

Snowed In
For those of you who want to support the event but don’t want to leave the warmth of your lodge or home, you can opt to be 'Snowed In' and still show your support!

WINE AND DINE FOR LIFE
Sky Hotel hosts a wonderful night of wining and dinigh with a 4 course meal donated by Pacifica.

PARTY FOR LIFE
Immediately following Wine and Dine for Life, 39 Degrees will offer an after party with music and drinks.

Registration Information

• Registration is OPEN! You may register as an individual or as part of the a 3 person team.
• Cost: $40 required registration fee on or before Friday, December 10th and $50 the day of the race. By registering you are also committing to raise $160 in requested pledges, however, there is a minimum of $60 in pledges required.
• Includes race, dinner at the Sundeck, live music and gift bag!

The Aspen Klug Camp at Buttermilk Mtn., Aspen, CO. The camp features daily halfpipe, boardercross, giant slalom and slalom training with expert instruction by our team of world-class coaches. Improve your riding in all disciplines of snowboarding or specialize in the skills of your choice.
