Cloud Nine

Dine at 10,740 feet…ski or snowboard to the Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro, located on Aspen Highlands beneath the summit of the Cloud Nine high-speed quad. An alpine ski hut with casual table settings and an outdoor deck, this full-service restaurant with majestic views of the Maroon Bells is open for lunch with a prix fixe menu that changes daily and public snowcat dinners on Thursday nights. Reservations are required for the Thursday dinners; reservations also accepted for lunch for parties of 5 or more. Also available for private functions and dinners throughout the winter season. Chef Andreas Fischbacher and his staff prepare gourmet meals with a European flair that are complete with entrée and your choice of soup or assorted baby-greens salad. The menu choices include raclette, venison ragout, Pheasant breast, Strudel variations, vegetarian dishes, international wine, fine champagne and a full-service bar.

Highlands Pizza Company

Highlands Pizza Company features a full bar and virtually every style of pizza - Chicago deep-dish, New York-style thin crust, gourmet artisan pizza, traditional pies and an alternative "very tasty" wheat-free-crust pizza. Open for lunch and dinner, offering sit-down dining and pizza by the slice.

Merry-Go-Round

Newly Remodeled - Located mid-mountain on Aspen Highlands, the Merry-Go-Round is a self-serve restaurant that is open for lunch daily and continues to boast the largest outdoor deck in the valley. Serving favorite fare such as burgers, homemade soups, salads, pizzas, wraps and tasty desserts. Don't miss our express line serving sandwiches and fresh-tossed salad. Also, stop by the bar for beer and margaritas, with televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Soup Bowl at Cloud Nine

Located on Aspen Highlands, this is a recent addition to the exceptional Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro. The focus is on fast and self-service of delicious homemade soup, salad and bread. On sunny days brats and burgers are available to grill outside on the BBQ. You grill your own! The food and music are upbeat and geared to those who would rather be on the slopes than waiting for lunch.

Willow Creek Bistro

American bistro food in an elegant atmosphere at The Ritz-Calrton Club. Serving the finest New England seafood and house dry-aged meats. Bar menu available. Outdoor seating. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located in Aspen Highlands Village.

Out of Bounds

With the large deck at the base of Aspen Highlands Ski area this restaurant is the perfect spot for a little apres ski.New ownership and a new interior space. Quicker food with counter orders delivered to tables. Small breakfast to include Veggie, Bacon, or Sausage Burritos, Jordana's homemade granola, and a fresh waffle stand. These offerings plus a little coffee will give you the right stuff for the ski lift. Lunch items include quality meats and free range chicken, soups, salads, skewers, & street tacos.
