LIKES: location 3 blocks from the Gondola; no upstairs neighbors; woodburning fireplace; FREE access to Aspen Club & Spa due to management by Frias Properties.
DISLIKES: beds & linens were outdated; one of the 2 full bathrooms was upstairs away from the 2nd bedroom; no washer/dryer in the unit; steps up to the unit are treacherous with snow on them.
OVERALL: We would definitely stay here again, since it's such a short (and flat!) walk to the Gondola and restaurants. Management company was also very helpful and responsive to all requests.
