We stayed in F1. It is definitely an old unit, but it was clean and comfortable. If you don't mind it's "historic" nature, it's an excellent value with a great location right in town. If you're expecting more typical Aspen luxury, this is not it.

Unit F2 = Get ready for the groovy 70's. This unit hasn't been updated since Spider Sabitch won his last race. The art work is hilarious, smoked mirrors and macrame. On the plus side, it's really close to town, just a few stumbling blocks from Eric's or Little Annies. On the neg. side, the unit was a little dirty + no maid service. Make sure you conserve the towels. You only get one per person. Beds were like rocks. Did I mention how close it was to town? It's only saving grace. Spend a little more and get something nicer.
