Very spacious 3 bedroom condo was good size for our family (2 adults + 3 children). Appliances, bathrooms and decor were rather dated. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ski in/out was convenient using gondola runs but there were no sidewalks linking the Enclave to Base Village or Mall. Although the shuttle service was available this was a negative in terms of convenience. It did appear that there was construction in progress which would address this. Although certain aspects could have been improved, overall we had an excellent vacation in the Enclave at Snowmass.

The unit was in great condition and very comfortable. The desk staff and shuttle operators were very friendly and helpful.
The only caution I would have is that this unit is at the top of the complex. There are a lot of steps, even after the elevator ride. There is a moderae hike up an incline from the ski closet to the slope. It is very close to the bsae village, but it is not an easy walk (on the cat track).

EXCELLENT choice! From the easy access to the gondola to the great service of the staff all worked perfectly. The cleanup of the unit and the possibility of using the shuttle service were also very good. I Will return for sure!

Our 3 bedroom condo was well furnished and so easily accessible from/to lifts. The staff was absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to assist us. I can't say enough good things about the Snowmass Lodging Company and it's staff, from Mike George, the General Manager who assisted us personally when a medical situation arose, to the courteous shuttle staff - everyone was wonderful. I guarantee when we return, it will most certainly be to one of their properties. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. MKS

In Unit # 301, everything excelent.
Well decorated, very clear, roomy bedrooms, good showers, great location, fantastic view, easy ski in/out access, practical ski storage. Complete kitchen and laundry. Good silver, cutlery and flatware.
We certainly will return to this unit. The best among several we had used last years.

This was the best lodging experience I have had on a mountain. I have been to over 20 different ski resorts and this was by far the best place I have stayed. Complementary shuttle rides where you need to go, complimentary ski locker for your gear, 20 step walk to the slopes. It was great to not have to store your skis/boots at a rental shop, or lug everything down the street just to get to the lifts. Price was well worth it, I have been spoiled.

The apartment is very nice, well located,easy to get to the Village. The two negatives points are: at the condo you don't have a place to change to go to the pool, because of this I only used the hot tub once, and second, the cleaning service, should be better for the price that we are paying to stay at so nice place. Very nice space furnished with everything you need. Perfectly located for skiing. One of the girl had trouble sleeping because of the matress was too firm. The personel was charming and helpfull except one who was almost rude.

Spent three summer nights in spacious 3BR 3BA on lower level (#110) with walkout to the slopes & gondola. This is an older project in an excellent location with large floorplans that have been very nicely updated & refurbished with quality finishes throughout. Gorgeous pool and hot tub area with lots of aspen and flowers. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Want to come back in the winter so I can ski right to the patio!

What a great place! We stayed in unit 310 with a great view of the mountain. A short walk to the locker and a step outside had us on the slopes in minutes. The staff was exceptional. Professional, friendly and eager to help, they made our stay easy. The van was a great asset and would drive to and pick us up quickly with just a phone call. I can't wait to come back.

A great place to stay. All the comforts of your own condo with the staff support of a hotel. A van minutes away to take you where you need to go is a big plus. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our unit #309 has an exceptional view and great decor. Ski in and out with lockers also nice. Heated Pool and Hot tub are a bonus.

Unit 210 was updated and very clean. It is very dark
in the bedrooms, they just need to put in some bigger
and brighter lamps. Great ski in ski out location.

We stayed in unit #210. It was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay. I was disapointed that it was not until after I booked the reservation that I was told that there would be no housekeeping services. Not usually a big deal but they neglected to supply us with shampoo and there was no one to contact regarding this matter. In addition, the jacuzzi was broken down and the pool was not operational. Those were two things we were looking to utilize.

The ski-in ski out part of the Enclave is the best! (Well except for the fact that we have an unbelievably fun family!) It's located on an easy slope so all can ski right home! The rooms are cozy with great views. Great patio with a grill makes cooking in fun. Plenty of dishes and cookwear. Convienent lockers right off the slope. Ski rentals are close. NICE pool and hot tub. GREAT customer service and van service. The beds were less than snuggly after a long day on the slopes. Maybe a mattress cushion/egg crate pad stashed in the closet would be a good idea.

Great facilities, well equiped, very child friendly and the customer service was excellent. Location and shuttle were fantastic, only slight bummer was lack of ski in ski out while there due to construction. Would stay there again no question!
