The Shadowbrook Condominiums is a fabulous ski-in/ski-out property. One of the many reasons our return guests come back year after year. Our 26 spacious 2 to 5 bedroom condominiums border a beautiful courtyard with heated pool, 2 hot tubs in courtyard and great place for children to play. The courtyard is on the mountain slope of Fanny Hill, which allows ski-in/ski-out access for a wonderful day of skiing and a great summer adventure.

We found this online, so never sure exactly what you're getting, but were thrilled with this location and overall quality condo. the place looked brand new. We were traveling with anotherfamily, so a total of 8 people in a 2 bdrm (#205). Great location, truly ski in/ski out with handy ski storage lockers very easy to get to. Everyone loved it and wants to go back to the same exact place next spring. heated pool & hot tubs were located nearby and the condo was both well equipt and beautiful. We will definitely be coming back here.

We stayed in Unit 404. The location is great. It is about a 15 ft walk outside the back door to the snow for ski-in-ski out. The pool and hot tub are also right outside the back door.
The kitchen is well equipped.
There are humidifiers in each room.
The only complaint is that it was too hot. The concierge attempted was very helpful and attempted to correct it with some success.

We stayed in unit #505. There were 3 couples, and we were all comfortable. We especially liked the idea of having 3 individual bathrooms wth bath/showers. Murphy Bed for third couple was more than suitable, and the accordian door was more than adequate in providing privacy for them. We were most impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped to meet our needs when we cooked and ate in. We enjoyed the view of the chairlift and gondola, and the pool/hot tubs from the deck. We especially liked the easy access to the slope (a very short walk). Even though the unit was located on the upper floor, we had the convenience of a nearby elevator to bring us to the ground floor.
Overall, a very worthwile experience, and we would request #505 again on a return visit.

We stayed in 203 with two families 3 kids, it was a little tight with the sleeper den being the 3rd bedroom meant it had to be packed up each day for room to eat but very comfortable and plenty of room non the less.
Great recent up date to the apartment, quality finishes to kitchen and bath rooms plenty of room for all the equipment, us as well as very quiet at night. Only bad was the TV it was very old and small considering the rest of the up dates, this was a big over site considering how cheep LCD TV's are and the apartment cost.
The complex was great the pool and hot tub awesome, the location was perfect real ski in/out and only 50 yards to ski school the kids were so excited to be able to ski down there every morning.
We will be back, Snowmass was a great family ski area.

#506 is a great corner unit with large windows overlooking Aspen trees and a small creek. Nicely furnished, bright and airy, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds. Great pool and hot tub, easy walking to the Mall. I would stay there again!

The pool and hot tub renovation was a big success. The facility is very convenient to both the new kids' ski center and to the old base village. We stayed in Unit 203 and could not be happier. Very well put together and wonderful details.

We stayed in until 506 in late March, 2007. This is a great unit. It had really nice finishes (granite countertops, Kohler fixtures) and was nicely decorated. The property is right on Fanny Hill, so it is very easy to get to the slopes. I would highly recommend this property and this unit.

We stayed in unit #301 and it was awesome! If you like a great view, this unit has it. It is on the the top floor(3rd), the end unit. The balcony looks right out over the ski run. You can see the ski school from the balcony. I would just walk my kids over to the ski school(short ascent) and then walk back over and get my skis on. The back porch overlooks the pool and hot tub. The condo has 3 couches and dining table seats 6 with 3 bar stools. Bedrooms were roomy. You can walk to the mall area in 5 min. I highly recommend this unit. Have a good time!
