Surrounded by floor to ceiling windows facing the ski slope, the step down living room has a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and ample, comfortable seating. The formal dining room seats 12 and adjoins the gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook.

Sleeping for up to 13 persons is accomplished with the following bedding: Master suite with king size bed, 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bedroom with two twins and the family room with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. There is also a small alcove with a daybed (1 twin). All rooms have color TV and VCR , 4 baths have Jacuzzi jetted tubs and 1 bath has a stall shower.

Situated on over an acre, bordered by National Forest land, with views of the Elk Mountains and Snowmass Valley and a a€seasonal stream running through it", this is truly a home for all seasons! No Pets - Non-Smoking.

***Additional fee of $850.00 per week for use of the pool in the winter.***
