My boyfriend (now fiance) surprised me with a trip to Snowmass for my birthday/proposal. He took great pains to keep all of his plans a secret, and the staff at Snowmass was incredibly accommodating. It was just the right spot for us to enjoy a romantic getaway without being too far (or too close) to the action close to the ski lifts at Base Camp. The general manager was, in particular, extremely helpful (Deidre). Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful time to relax.

Our stay was great. We especially liked the spacious size of our 1BR unit. We hosted a Superbowl Party for 8 without anyone feeling crowded. We used the stacked washer/dryer (Tide included) that was in a separate area of the large bathroom. It was very convenient to have 2 bathroom sinks, one in an alcove between the BR and the bath and plenty of towels. Daily maid service was great.
The concierge/front desk staff was cheerful and accommodating. The property's shuttle service took us wherever we wanted to go, and the Snowmass Village shuttle was convenient to the slopes. The Snowmass Club, across the street, has every amenity a top-notch health club/spa could have, and we took advantage of it all.
Our unit was renovated with a sparkling new kitchen and fresh painting throughout. The major drawback was the unit owner's choice to keep 2 ancient televisions in the LR and BR, as well as older LR furniture.

This was, no doubt, our best visit to Snowmass ever. What made it the best was the staff at this property and the first class accomodations we enjoyed here (the snowboarding/skiing has always been great). I won't repeat the description of the property and it's many great features, but the info listed on this site is accurate. This was the first time in a long while that we didn't have a ski-in, ski-out location, but we didn't miss that a bit. The shuttle service is excellent and the many great bonuses (great staff, club & spa facilities, resturant, etc.) more than make up for that one minor issue. We'll be striving to stay here on all future Snowmass visits. Much thanks to the staff on both sides of the street!

Beautiful views out our window of the mountains and cross country trails. Shuttle was a quick trip to catch the lower mountain lifts to the gondola. I went to the gym every day, amazing facility and lots of free classes daily, outdoor pools to use in the winter!Laundry in the building, not in the unit, location dark and around the back but it worked for us.Front desk was very helpful and accommodating, shuttled us to and from the airport, picked me up from the grocery and helped carry all the bags up to the unit, took the kids to the Aspen bus when they missed the shuttle by a few minutes. Maid service daily.Would clearly stay here again

The property itself was excellent. 2 problems, the villa we stayed in did not have its own laundry facilities. Looking for quarters and staying up to change machines down the hall was a real pain. Secondly, we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that wasn't really fixed well. We complained, someone came each day to fix it better and no one ever called to apologize or returned our calls about an adjustment to the room rate.

Overall we enjoyed our stay during jazz aspen festival.
Couple of issues we encountered.
A. No a/c in the condos, and direct sun on the window, made for a very hot and uncomfortable stay at times.
B. During the reservation process, the agent was unable or unwilling to provide us with a proper map/specific info on exactly how far of a walk from our condo to the venue. Claimed it was a flat walk to and from the festival. It was not.
C. The people at check in offered us golf cart/shuttle rides to the concert site, but balked at actually doing it when we made the request. In fact, canceled 10 minutes before they were due on Sat.
D. Our so called "valley view" was overlooking the parking lot in front of our condo. Not very nice for the $$$ spent.
Other than those items, we had a great time.

The Snowmass Club is my favorite get away. It has a great homey feel because you have you own kitchen and laundry in your unit. The health club is a dream, with sauna and steam to relax after a day of skiing. The club is a beautiful place to stay even in the summer. shuttles go to aspen on the hour and pick up on the half hour. the bell staff will do their best to work with your schedule.
a great get away that i can't get enough of.

Our Aspen experience was exceptional due in part to Chris and his Bellstand group. The van service was always on time and extremely helpful. This was the perfect choice for our skiers and non-skiers alike with the club amenities at our disposal, the outstanding mountain views, and mere steps from the drop-off and pickup points on the mountains. Even our luggage snaffoo coming and the weather delay leaving was handled by the Bellstand with our comfort in mind. There will be no hesitation as to where
we will stay in a return trip to Aspen.
Thanks a bunch.
