Each condominium has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace and TV. Amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Laundry facilities are located in a common area. Great views of Snowmass Mountain.

Unfortunately, we were really excited for our stay in Snowmass for the Snowmass/Aspen Jazz Festival. I booked a unit at Woodbridge because it was close to the shuttle and the price was right. My friends were leery of the property because of the price, but I made the decision to book anyway. As it turns out, you get what you pay for. The interactions up to check-in were great. MaryKay was helpful and friendly throughout my booking process. Unfortunately, from the time we checked in to the time we left, the service was horrible and the unit was filthy, run down and in serious disrepair. I contacted the property after our stay to inform them of the complaints and received a note that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The cleanliness was so appalling that we went to the local store and bought cleaning supplies to clean our own unit. The bed comforters smelled so badly that we removed them from the beds prior to sleeping. We won't be coming back to this property.

Stayed in one of these condos for a week in a group of three guys and found the place extremely comfortable and clean. We had a unit with a master bedroom with a king and another bedroom with a single and bunk beds. Condo could easily fit six because there was also a pull out couch. Each room had a full bathroom — one was really nice and modern with an amazing shower and the other was a typical bare bones bathroom. Appliances and furniture were all new and modern and the place came stocked with all you need to cook and live like it was your own place. Unit also had cable tv and slow internet and a gas fireplace perfect for drying your gear after a day on the slopes. It's not really ski in/out but the shuttle is right outside and comes frequently. All in all it's a great place for the money and we all enjoyed it.

One of our two units was tired and old. It certainly was not the deluxe unit that Stay Aspen Snowmass had told us we were getting and we paid for. The cleaning service was subpar. We stayed 5 nights and saw the cleaning service once, we were told that they would come twice. When they came, they did not vacuum well enough to get crumbs that were there when we first entered. There is an inch of mold growing between one of the bathroom's tub and tile wall. I called to have it cleaned (Silvertree office). It was never cleaned. The complex's hot tub's jet were broken. On the plus side when we asked for more fire wood. A gentleman arrived shortly and was most helpful. The shuttle service was also excellent.

The location was fine--easy to catch the shuttle to grocery store and an easy short walk to the slopes in the morning. However the overall condo was disappointing. The furniture was updated in the living room and the master, however the master bathroom was tiny! Additionally the decor was outdated with the need for an overhaul as far as paint, wall-paper and even kitchen appliances. As owners of vacation property on a beach, our management company would not allow us to keep our property in such condition for rental.
