Krabloonik Fine Dining & Dog Sledding

For over 30 years, Krabloonik has upheld the tradition of fine mountain dining, delighting guests with spectacular views, exquisitely prepared wild game and an award-winning wine list. All is savored in the midst of Krabloonik sled dog teams, leaping and howling in wild anticipation of the run. Dinner is served year-round, and lunch is offered in the winter, with drive-in or ski-in accessibility.

Dog Sledding

Over 200 sled dogs live in the kennel adjacent to the restaurant and provide the pulling power for dog sled rides through the wilderness area. Summer kennel tours offer a hands on opportunity to meet the dogs and see how they live. The dog sled rides can be booked during the winter months, beginning in late November and running through April. Each ride includes a special lunch or dinner in the restaurant. Dog sledding tours are available morning, afternoon, and twilight.
