How to Ship Bags to Aspen/Snowmass
Aspen/Snowmass Luggage Express saves you time at the airport and makes travel more convenient by providing 2 Day Air delivery via UPS®. You can schedule shipments by filling out the form below or by calling 800-679-3146.You have the option of dropping off baggage at a nearby UPS location or scheduling an on-call pick-up at a residence or place of business.
Aspen/Snowmass Luggage Express scheduling is based on UPS operating hours and the UPS holiday schedule, which are subject to change without notice. Shipments cannot be picked up, dropped off or delivered on Sundays.
Baggage can be shipped to the U.S. address of your choice. For most addresses, baggage will be delivered by 5 p.m. (local time) the two days after it is received by UPS.
Luggage Express labels will be attached to baggage using specialized UPS luggage tags. These tags will be provided sent to you in your pre-departure Luggage Express package.
Shipments are covered according to Aspen/Snowmass Luggage Express’s checked baggage liability policy.
