EXTRAORDINARY is the only way to describe this exquisite new, state-of-the-art home located at the The Pines in Snowmass Village. Specially designed for a multi-family ski trip or reunion, the home features three adult bedrooms; the "Buckaroo" boys bedroom and the girls "Forest" bunkroom, each providing a special and unique space for all.
Sitting slopeside to the Two Creeks ski runs, everyone can hit the slopes when the snow beckons. There is no waiting to car pool or until the entire family is ready to go; just walk out the door, put on your skis and you're off and on your first run! You can ski, board, snowshoe or cross-country. The home is so accessible-you can even return for lunch.
After a day of fresh air and outdoor activity, the fabulous grand room welcomes your return with it's stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings with dramatic exposed beams, distinctive wall finishes and forested views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. With the large flat screen TV and a wet bar, this beautiful room is bound to please the most discerning of guests. Also, the kids will have a haven of their own in the lower level media room. This large room has a fireplace, comfortable sectional sofa, and two televisons for all their video and gaming enjoyment. There is also another wet bar area for sodas and snacks.
The large gourmet kitchen is a dream come true with spacious granite counters, with more than enough room for three "chefs", a gourmet range and oven, warming oven and outdoor BBQ. To keep the chef company while relating the activites and adventures of your perfect day, there is a cozy seating area by the kitchen fireplace. The separate dining room adjoins the living area and will seat 12. There is a separate "eat-in" banquette for the breakfast group or for any overflow needed from the formal dining room. With two dishwashers and so many helpers, clean-up becomes an easy and fun time for all.
There are 5 bedrooms, all with full baths, to include: the gorgeous master suite with ensuite, fireplace and king bed; 2nd bedroom with antique queen bed and fireplace, 3rd bedroom with antique queen bed, 4th bedroom with a "covered wagon" canopied bunkbed (2 twins) + additional double bed and, the 5th bedroom with a bunkbed (double on bottom & twin on top) + another double bed. A laundry room is also available.
All outdoor walkways, the driveway and decks are heated and the outdoor spa sits tucked into the hillside offering privacy and mountain views.
Ski access is just out the back door via a private ski trail from the Two Creeks run and down to the Two Creeks Base Lodge and quad chair.
Our summer guests will enjoy the many hiking and biking trails, again, just outside your door. Gold Medal Fishing, rafting, rock climbing, the world famous Aspen Music Festival, shopping, and the many wonderful restaurants of Aspen and Snowmass, are just a short drive away.
