Snowcat Dinners at Cloud Nine
A legendary restaurant known for its authentic Alpine atmosphere, elegant cuisine and après ski scene, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro also plays host to an unparalleled dining experience during their winter snowcat dinners. With views of the iconic Maroon Bells, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and a four course meal, dining here on Aspen Highlands is an unforgettable experience.
Dates: Wednesday and Thursday nights 6–10pm through April 4, 2019. Private dinners can be booked on any available night throughout the winter season. Cloud Nine closes for the season on April 14, 2019.

Guests meet at 5:30pm inside the Aspen Highlands Welcome Center and enjoy a mug of warm Glühwein before the snowcat departs at 6pm. The snowcats are not enclosed, but blankets are provided. The snowcat departs Cloud Nine at approximately 10pm and arrives back at the base around 10:30pm.
