Event Description

FOOD & WINE will continue its efforts to raise funds and awareness for Grow for Good, our national initiative dedicated to supporting local farms and encouraging sustainable agriculture, benefitting Wholesome Wave. FOOD & WINE is again offering a limited number of Grow for Good Passes at $4,000 per pass. Along with all consumer pass benefits, each Grow for Good Pass will include the following:

Description: Food & Wine is hosting a late-night party with celebrity chef hosts at the 2018 Classic exclusively for American Express Card Members. The party will take place on the evening of Friday, June 15 at Aspen Kitchen and will feature late night Asian BBQ from Aaron Franklin, of Franklin’s BBQ and Tyson Cole, of Uchi/Uchiko in Austin, TX. The menu will be a preview of their highly anticipated restaurant collaboration, Loro, an Asian Smokehouse concept, opening in Austin in 2018. The party will also feature innovative cocktails and delicious wines.

In 2018, Best New Chefs will be entering its 30th year. To celebrate, F&W will bring the tradition to the top of Aspen Mountain on Saturday night of the Classic weekend for an unforgettable dining experience. Classic attendees will have the opportunity to try dishes from these 10 intriguing restaurants on Sunday, June 17 at the historic Hotel Jerome.
