The Timberline Condominiums offer a collection of deluxe ski-in, ski-out vacation rental properties in the Aspen Snowmass area. Located on the slopes of Snowmass Ski Area, guests enjoy the spacious comfort of a private residence plus services of a fine hotel. Services include daily housekeeping, complimentary Aspen airport shuttle, complimentary Snowmass Village shuttle, full service front desk, complimentary wireless internet, pool, hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, and business center. Our 1,200 square foot slope side sundeck features BBQ grills and picnic tables. On-site restaurant serving dinner only. Our guest service is extraordinary. We strive to make your vacation stress free. Closures: pool, hot tub and restaurant are closed during off season. April/May and October/November. Timberline Condominiums has always worked hard to ensure a safe and healthy experience for our guests. With the introduction of COVID-19, our attention to detail has increased. Between each stay, all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We sanitize and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas such as countertops, light switches, and bathroom fixtures.
