Summer Payment Policy
Reservations made more than 30 days in advance require a deposit payment of 10% of the total lodging at the time of booking. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Final payments are due in the amount indicated on the front of this confirmation 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Winter Payment Policy
Reservations made more than 45 days in advance require a deposit payment of 10% of the total lodging at the time of booking. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Final payments are due in the amount indicated on the front of this confirmation 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Christmas/New Years Week Payment Policy
Reservations that include a stay on any night from December 25th through December 31st require 50% payment at the time of booking and the full or final balance is due October 1st at which time the reservation becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
Airfare Payment Policy
Airline tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking to ensure the fare. Cancellations and changes in some circumstances may be allowed and are subject to a fee. Airline carriers reserve the right to change schedules without notice.

CREDIT CARDS GIVEN AS DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED FOR FINAL PAYMENT IF CHECK OR MONEY ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED PRIOR TO DUE DATE. A CREDIT CARD PLACED ON A RESERVATION CONSTITUTES A PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
Cancellation Date and Policy
If your lodging reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival (summer) or 45 days or more prior to arrival (winter), the individual property cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival (summer) or within 45 days of arrival (winter) may be non-refundable depending upon the individual property's cancellation policy. Ski rentals and ski tickets are refundable, if unused, upon return of vouchers or tickets. Car and ground transportation may be refundable if Stay Aspen Snowmass is notified more than 24 hours in advance of travel. Insurance premiums are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or no show. Stay Aspen Snowmass offers and strongly recommends travel insurance. The Stay Aspen Snowmass booking fee is due at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If your reservation includes ski lift tickets, vouchers for ski rentals, or ground transportation they will be delivered to you approximately two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. If your reservation was made within two weeks of your scheduled arrival date your ski lift tickets will be at Aspen Skiing Company's will-call ticket windows. Other activity vendors will be notified of your confirmed reservation.
Stay Aspen Snowmass does its best to accommodate special requests for unit amenities and bedding arrangements. However, since many units are individually owned, unit changes could become necessary. Stay Aspen Snowmass can not guarantee such requests as our lodging properties reserve the right to move guests to comparable units without prior notification.

For all arrangements, Stay Aspen Snowmass acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its patrons in arranging for air, lodging, and other services, and, as such, is not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, bankruptcy, injury, or accidents due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging or other services which are a part of this package. Stay Aspen Snowmass is not responsible for lost tickets or vouchers.
